A louder job ad won't create more technicians.
Three numbers explain why open technician roles sit empty, and why the fix is supply, not reach.
- 44 daysMedian time to fill a nonexecutive role. The slowest quarter of roles take 73 days or longer.
- 2 to 1Open manufacturing jobs versus a full month of hires, July 2026: 580,000 openings, 288,000 hires.
- 1,440Industrial machinery mechanic openings Georgia expects every year.
Post once. The pipeline keeps working after the role closes.

Post your roles
Easy Job Posting pulls open technician roles from your careers page and stages them for you to approve. After that, your Georgia technician jobs publish every week on their own.
- 02
See candidates who already fit
Every profile shows technician-track skills, certifications and coursework from Georgia's technical colleges. Verified certificates fill in on their own. Veterans, WIOA-eligible candidates and career changers are flagged so you can filter for them.
- 03
Build next year's bench
Message promising candidates, invite them to site tours and hiring events, post work-based learning for high schoolers, and co-sponsor technician scholarships for ages 17 to 24. Every college relationship lives in one portal.

One portal, two people who need technicians.
Less manual recruiting
Automated posting and talent matching replace copy and paste. Your roles stay live without you babysitting them.
A working-age talent pool
More than 3,400 technician-track people, and 63.7% of them are 25 or older: ready to work now, not years from it.
Filter for overlooked talent
Search directly for veterans, WIOA-eligible candidates and career changers instead of waiting for them to find your ad.
Reach out first
Message strong candidates and invite them to tours and hiring events, before a competitor does.
Cover retirements before they land
Upskill the technicians you have while trained replacements come through in parallel, so one departure doesn't stall a shift.
A sourcing routine, not a scramble
People aren't quitting faster: the manufacturing quits rate is 1.4%. The pool just isn't growing fast enough, so you need a steady feed of new technicians.
College talent, minus the paperwork
24 colleges are already connected, and Georgia's technical college system runs 18 tuition-free technician programs at 22 of its colleges. You don't manage any of those partnerships.
Every site, one account
Plants, shops, job sites or shipyards: one portal covers every location and every open role, with no new vendor contract per site.

The shortage is supply. The data says so.
The first two charts are federal figures for manufacturing. Time to fill is across employers.
Manufacturing, July 2026
Hiring only replaced the people who left. The open roles barely moved.
Monthly separations rate, manufacturing
Turnover has fallen every year since 2021. Retention isn't the bottleneck; new entrants are.
Days to fill a nonexecutive role
Two months without the person who keeps a line, a fleet or a building running.
Read the full reasoning
In July 2026, U.S. manufacturers reported 580,000 open jobs and made 288,000 hires, while 286,000 people left. New hires did little more than refill the seats that emptied, so the stack of open roles stayed put. Advertising harder doesn't change that math, because the limit is how many trained technicians exist.
It isn't a retention failure either. The manufacturing quits rate sits at 1.4%, and the average monthly separations rate dropped from 3.4% in 2021 to 2.4% in 2025. Workers are staying put; too few new ones are arriving. A pipeline fed by the colleges that train technicians adds to supply directly.
Every empty seat also costs time. Across employers, nonexecutive roles take a median of 44 days to fill, 54 on average, and 73 or more for the slowest quarter. Georgia alone expects about 1,440 industrial machinery mechanic openings a year. With a pipeline already running, each of those hires stops being a cold start.
The talent pool grows about 3% every month.
